Perry Hicks, Attorney at Law

Raised on the farm in Texas, Perry Hicks graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agriculture in 1975. After working for the Farmers Home Administration and the Peace Corps, Perry graduated from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1983.

Perry is also a proud graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College®. The Trial Lawyers College was founded to train a new breed of lawyer, who fights with passion and justice. The Trial Lawyers College is also dedicated to training lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and obtaining justice for those less fortunate.

Perry Hicks has been named to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®. Established in 1993, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® (which includes the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®) is one of the most sought after, prestigious groups of trial lawyers in America. There are more than 4000 members throughout the country, but less than 1% of U.S. attorneys are members of the Forum.

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense andDUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder. His countless DUI victories have helped clients retain their freedom (and their drivers licenses), while also helping them avoid the career crippling effects of a DUI conviction. He has recovered millions on behalf of his client's in personal injury settlements. His skilled legal advocacy gained him recognition as Two Years 10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Perry is dedicated to serving Southern Arizona's legal needs with the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and compassion, following his concept of what the country lawyer should be.
