Perry Hicks, Attorney at Law

Raised on the farm in Texas, Perry Hicks graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agriculture in 1975. After working for the Farmers Home Administration and the Peace Corps, Perry graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1983.

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense and DUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder. His countless DUI victories have helped clients retain their freedom (and their drivers licenses), while also helping them avoid the career crippling effects of a DUI conviction.

Perry is dedicated to serving Southern Arizona's legal needs with the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and compassion, following his concept of what the country lawyer should be.

Michele brings her 20 years of experience working as a litigation specialist for major automobile insurance companies in Southern California to our team. Her experience, training and hands-on managing of thousands of serious and complex injury claims gives our clients an added bonus of her knowledge and expertise.
