Perry Hicks, Attorney at Law

Raised on the farm in Texas, Perry Hicks graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agriculture in 1975. After working for the Farmers Home Administration and the Peace Corps, Perry graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1983.

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense and DUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder. His countless DUI victories have helped clients retain their freedom (and their drivers licenses), while also helping them avoid the career crippling effects of a DUI conviction.

Perry is dedicated to serving Southern Arizona’s legal needs with the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and compassion, following his concept of what the country lawyer should be.

Originally from Minnesota, Michele has acquired over 20 years of personal injury and auto accident experience while working in Southern California for major automobile insurance companies. As a Litigation Specialist, Michele worked on the most serious and complex injury cases, evaluating, negotiating and guiding the cases through litigation and settlement. With her extensive experience handling personal injury matters, winning attitude and dedication, Michele is here to assure that your case receives the maximum recovery that you are due.
