Perry Hicks, Attorney at Law
Perry Hicks brings a wealth of experience to his practice, having served the legal needs of Arizona since 1983. Raised on a farm in Texas, Perry graduated from Tarleton State University in 1975 and later earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982. His diverse background includes work with the Farmers Home Administration, the Peace Corps, and a deep commitment to public service.
As a proud graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College®, Perry fights with passion and a strong belief in justice. He’s been honored as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum® and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, a distinction held by less than 1% of U.S. attorneys.
Perry’s practice focuses on personal injury, accidents, criminal defense, and DUI cases. His track record includes securing millions in personal injury settlements, successfully defending clients in serious criminal cases (including first-degree murder), and achieving numerous DUI victories to help clients avoid life-altering consequences. Lisa McNair, Attorney at Law
With over 35 years of legal experience, Lisa is dedicated to helping clients navigate personal injury and criminal law matters with care and expertise. She began her career as a paralegal, working on personal injury and insurance defense cases, before earning her law degree and practicing in California. After relocating to Arizona, Lisa worked with the Cochise County Courts as a Judicial Assistant. Recognizing the need for legal services in our area, she took the Arizona Bar Exam in 2022 and was admitted to practice that same year. With extensive experience with personal injury cases, and as a Deputy County Attorney and Deputy Public Defender, Lisa is committed to using her comprehensive experience to serve and support our local community.

Michele Ryan, Legal Paraprofessional
Michele joined our office in 2005, bringing with her over 15 years of invaluable experience from major auto insurance companies in Southern California. Her extensive background in managing thousands of serious litigated and complex personal injury cases has significantly enhanced the service we provide to our clients. Building on her knowledge, Michele recently took her skills to the next level by becoming a member of the Arizona State Bar as a Legal Paraprofessional, practicing in limited civil matters. Known for her hands-on approach and deep legal knowledge, Michele consistently delivers outstanding results and is dedicated to providing personalized attention to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Stephanie Williams, Legal Assistant
The first thing you’ll notice about Stephanie is her contagious smile and vibrant personality the moment you speak with her. With 30 years of dedicated service at the Cochise County Superior Court, Stephanie joined our team in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others. Stephanie’s warm and compassionate approach makes her an invaluable part of our team. Whether you're seeking guidance or need assistance with your case, she is always ready to listen, offer assistance, and ensure that your concerns are addressed. Her deep understanding of the legal process, paired with her kindness, truly makes her a treasure to our firm and community.

Barbara Andrews, Legal Assistant
Barbara has been serving our clients since 2023. After retiring from the Cochise County Court system, where she gained extensive experience working with the County Attorney’s office and the Justice Court system, Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge and a truly supportive mindset to our office. Her deep understanding of the court process, combined with her patient and approachable nature, makes Barbara a vital part of our team. She’s always ready to assist, ensuring you can count on having someone who genuinely cares about your experience and success.

Jennifer Chevalier, Legal Assistant
Jennifer joined our team after proudly serving 20 years in the U.S. Army, where she retired as a First Sergeant. Her military background has instilled in her a deep commitment to service, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility—all of which she now brings to her work with our clients every day. She is proud to serve our community and is dedicated to making each client feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their legal journey.
